Just like posters (but with some content inside), book covers are one of the most inspirational objects in your room, so you might get some new ones this summer. If this is correct, then our roundup it’s just what you need – a collection of the best ways to find new & cool books. To read and to stare at!
The Book Cover Archive is edited and maintained by Ben Pieratt of General Projects and Eric Jacobsen of Whisky Van Gogh Go.
Covers is dedicated to the appreciation of book cover design. We update several times a week. Save for the occasional guest editor, this blog is updated and maintained by Fwis, a design firm based out of Brooklyn, NY and Portland, OR.
I wanted to share all the nice books I regularly notice and have collected over the years. Please email me if you have any suggestions or books you want to share.
Flashlight Worthy is nothing but thoughtful, hand-picked recommendations… Organized into hundreds of useful, interesting, fun lists… And all we do is books. :)
Easily find similar books.
Rate books for their covers and discover random goodies.
The Designer’s Review Of Books
Although there are several good design websites that occasionally have book reviews, there didn’t seem to be a single place online where you could get constant updates and reviews of new (and sometimes old) design books.
This venue has been created to appreciate the practice of book cover design. This is not a blog to rip apart what we dislike—everyone has a different aesthetic. This is a blog about the challenges and outcomes of a project. We are here to teach and be taught by one another.
Bookcase Porn is a showcase of cool bookcases, bookshelves, things that would go on a bookcase as well as environments around bookcases. Sorry there are no porn with people here, just things.

Actually, I have been seeking some color inspiration in web design. Not necessarily bright colors, but just good use of color in web design, “trending” color schemes as well as unique color schemes. I can't make a site without using pink (I never plan on using pink either but I always do!), black and grey shades. Or Avant Garde. lol.
